1997 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic - vulken

I have extensively modified My Baby from top to bottom! I installed a newer engine w/ the 5 speed trans.I modified my intake manifold so I can still run my single carb fom the 1997 set-up mostly because I think the hypercharer is so much fun to run and look at!. You wouldn't believe how many other changes and mods are required to make that engine swap possible! An aftermarket ignition control modual with adjustable advance helps manage the explosions in the cylinders.Custom bars come back an extra 3.25 inches to make me more comfy along w/ custom grips.A Rifle fairing blocks the wind and suplies music while also hiding the built in radar detector. I picked aftermarket hard bags that offered lines that I felt added to the overall flow of the bike and a modified luggage rack holds the tour pack.Vance&Hines long shots look great and sound awesome!!!I found a used crash bar from a newer Ultra-glide on e-bay and cut&spread it 6.5 inches to fit my frame all because I really wanted to be able to hang the harley lowers w/vents and glove boxes!!!Here's to the start of another great riding season!
