2011 Harley-Davidson Road Glide - FLTRx

I went bagger when I bought this 2011 FLTRx after riding softails since the 90's. I have owned and ridden motorcycles since I was 16, some 40 years.
But touring really was a trip to camp in the woods a few times a year. Most of the time my scooters were my daily driver. Now older and somewhat wiser, I have more free time and now and really get what these beasts can do! In a short 5 months we have taken 3 out of the state trips and have managed to put on over 9K
miles and it has been flawless!
When purchased, I also purchased a bunch of parts installed. I got to ride it for nearly a month completely stock before they had all of the parts ready for the install. When I got it back from HDHD it had SE 255's, SE Racetuner, SE Ventilator w/K&N Filter, Port matching thru intake/exhaust, V&H Power Duals, V&H Hi-Output Slipons and dyno tuned to a pleasing 91.87HP 107.53TQ. The motor runs BETTER in many ways! It was running oil temps in the 275-300* range, after the work 220-245 as well as better idle better performance at every spot on the tach, in every gear! 6th is now a real gear, uphill fully loaded and roll-on from 65 is sweet!
