About my FLTR Road Glide

I use to ride nothing but crotch rockets back in the day, but after a trip to a friends place in S.C. and taking a ride on his Honda VTX1300 I knew that a V-Twin was in my future. All my buds up here in Md. ride Harleys and convinced me that going Harley was the only way to go. I bought this 08 Road Glide after much consideration after trial fitting and research, and mainly because nobody else had one. The image I had in my head of what the bike should look like has come to past. I installed a set of Vance and Hines Bigshot Duals with Big City Thunder baffles, V&H VO1 Air cleaner and Fuel Pack. I have gone through four different windshields to get to the best, the Klockwerks Flared unit, accented with chrome trim work from Kuryakn. Other Kuryakn pieces are Zombie bag latches, Zombie bag frame covers, highway pegs, and front Zombie axle nut covers. Forgetech Creation5 wheels, 18 rear and 21 front are wrapped in Avon rubber and are steered by Wild1 Chubby W550 Beach Bars with stock controls and Ness pocket mirrors. Cycle Visions supplied the Illumabezel, which gives  the perfect accent to the shark nose fairing with painted inner fairing.  I modified my stock license plate bracket into a major layback piece with Harley frame and skull mounting bolts. All foot controls and floorboards are Harley flamed units.  Seat duties  were handled by a Danny Gray Buttcrack with gel and accents. Tunes come from the stock Harmon Kardon and an Ipod with J&M speakers. I can't imagine owning anything but a Harley. I tell my wife all the time it's not just a bike it's a LIFE STYLE.

You have done a great job with your scoot. If I ever get rid of the X, This is what I will be buying. Awesome. The 21 on front really sets it off!
